Betti and Diego are pleased to announce that they will soon be offering a limited number of cottages and houses at Casa Mojanda for vacation and full time occupancy. For extremely affordable prices, you can own a one-room studio or larger cottage or house. Residents will have access to all Casa Mojanda common facilities, including our delicious and nutritious meals, gardens, horses, video and game room, hot tub, dark room and library.

In addition to the cottages you have seen, we will be constructing additional cottages of rammed earth, adobe, stone and other natural materials, each with the same breath-taking mountain vistas. Construction will be supervised by Casa Mojanda and our architect, in accordance with architectural plans developed in consultation with the buyers. In other words, you can build the unique adobe cottage of your dreams, with fireplaces, deck gardens, and hot tub if you wish. Prices will start at approximately $60,000 for a one or two person studio cottage, with garden terrace. And traditional furniture will be made to your order locally, if you wish, to be ready when you move in.

We are inviting families and singles of all ages and nationalities, including artists, writers, and activists. Residents at Casa Mojanda will have the opportunity to garden, cook, help with the animals as well as work on Mojanda Foundation community projects.
